Welcome to the City of Arlington, Texas' Online Special Event Permit Application System. Using this system, you can submit and update information, track the status of your application, and print a copy of your final application and event permit all from the convenience of your home or office, 24 hours a day.
Please note that an event that is proposed on private Church property or on ISD property, an event permit is not required. The event must be fully contained on the intended property, and the event must be hosted by the owner respectively (i.e. AISD/MISD staff only, or Church staff only) - a partnership of hosting will not be allowed and would then require event permitting. Be aware that, depending on the nature of the event, separate health-related permits may still be required. Please note that any tents over 400sf, stages over 30 inches high, and truss structures will require a Commercial Building Permit.
